By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages — whether verbally, through a web form, or during the client onboarding process — you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Elevate Aerial Solutions LLC (EAS Drones). Consent is not a condition of purchasing our services.

• Invoice delivery and payment notifications

Message frequency varies based on your active services and interactions with us. You may receive multiple messages per week during active service periods, or fewer messages during off-season periods.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Messages can be sent to and received from most major US mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
